-He/She will do data extraction from many sources of information such as Nielsen audit and scan track, Kantar home panel, Canadean and Brand Health Tracking
-He/She will seek for public owned information to support company business questions, under close supervision.

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Mathematics, Statistics, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
  2. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

HR & Stakeholder Relation Manager Solok

Job Descriotion :

  1. Monitor & evaluate overall employee administration activities within Plant operation area in order to maintain accountabilities and compliance with HR policy and procedure.
  2. This position also responsible to plan, develop, and manage the execution of external relations program and corporate social responsibility activities related to the locals, such as government, press, public, and associations.
  3. Plan & evaluate resource development activities & program and monitor its execution based on approved Man Power Planning in order to maintain level of resources availability & readiness for Plant daily operation
  4. Monitor & evaluate execution of compensation & benefit activities & program within Plant operation area in order to maintain accountability and compliance with HR Budget, Policy and Procedure
  5. Plan, monitor and evaluate execution of employee relation activities & program in order to provide and maintain employee trust, disciplinary & healthy work environment.
  6. Monitor and evaluate general affair activities in order to provide comprehensive services & support to plant office’s daily operation
  7. Monitor and evaluate plant’s security activities & program in order to maintain security of plant asset & safety operation environment
  8. To develop budget and manage its realization properly in order to ensure internal budget control.
  9. To monitor competencies development of performance Organization Development team including their career planning

Job Requirement :

  1. Bachelor Degree in Law or Psychology industry or Industry management
  2. Minimum 5 years Experience as HR Management especially on food & beverage related Industry
  3. Have specific knowledge in HR administration & formalities, payroll management, staffing & recruitment management, people development management, industrial relationship management, government’s Labor, policies & regulation, GA management, security management and workload analysis
  4. Have a good specific skill in computer literacy, communication & negotiation, leadership, people assessment, coaching & concealing & facilitator skill and conflict Resolution
  5. Experiences and exposure in managing external relation, preferences with strong government and media network (preferable in food industry)
  6. Ready to be placed in Solok (West Sumatera)

ACCOUNT PAYABLE STAFF - TEMPORARY

Job Description

  1. Verification and process all Invoice from vendor with accurate and timely.
  2. Prepare payment of Vendor invoice on due date.
  3. Able to communicate to Vendor and Related Dept for any queries related to Invoice.
  4. Ensure data on vendor master is valid.
  5. Other tasks as required by the superior
  6. AP Staff will report to AP Supervisor

Minimum qualifications

  1. Hold Indonesian citizenship and be in good health condition.
  2. Bachelor degree in Accounting from a Reputable University.
  3. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English and Indonesian.
  4. Good experience in SAP will be an advantage
  5. Reliable person, proactive, open, honest and co-operative.
  6. Able to maintain working performance under pressure.
  7. Willing to work in Kawasan Pulogadung office.
