Assistant Brand Manager

Job Description:

Membantu Brand Manager dalam membangun business and brand equity yang baik melalui pelaksanaan operasional dari manajeme proyek yang terbaik, sesuai dengan apa yang telah disiapkan oleh Marketing Plan
Memastikan aspek health & safety di departemen telah terpenuhi dengan menaati peraturan, prosedur, pedoman dan regulasi Occupational Health and Safety di tempat kerja
Bersama dengan Brand Activation Manager mengelola pelaksanaan proyek ad-hoc terkait dengan Brand, juga dengan melakukan evaluasi pasca event (didukung dengan dokumentasi dan pelaporan terkait)
Memberikan analisa reguler yang mendalam pada pengkajian brand equity, dan juga melakukan analisa terhadap data pasar & kompetitor
Memberikan pengelolaan harian yang jelas kepada para agensi terkait
Mengembangkan, mengelola dan memonitor perkembangan pelatihan kompetensi dan kinerja personal termasuk perencanaan karir untuk mendukung tujuan utama Danone Aqua
Memonitor implementasi peraturan, prosedur dan prohram SHE untuk menghindari potensi kecelakaan pada tempat kerja


Job Requirements:

Minimum S1 dari bidang ilmu general
Memiliki kemampuan bahasa inggris yang baik (verbal dan tulisan)
Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun di bidang marketing / brand management / consumer insights untuk sektor FMCG
Memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam menggunakan Microsoft Office (Advance Excel & Powerpoint
Memiliki kemampuan manajemen watu dan proyek yang baik

AFH Development Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

Formulate channel strategy to develop both existing channel and new outlet for both On-Premise and On-the-Go channels through field observation.
Construct or formulate standard, guideline (ex. POSM) and template which are employed in AFH operation.
Supervise and evaluate analysis of survey and competitor analysis to ensure the recommendation can support channel expansion
Evaluate recommendation from data research regarding customer segmentation in particular channel AFH channel (On premise and On the Go) to ensure recommendation is aligned and applicable for Danone AQUA in that particular channel.
Collaborate with business development manager in regional department in formulating sales program & channel activation program to ensure each program is applicable and measurable.
Manage and monitor budget allocation well as to propose budget (program) and manage its realization properly in order to ensure internal budget control
To manage and monitor competency development & performance coaching for subordinates includes their career planning to support the organization’s objectives
To manage & execute SHE programs in cooperation with SHE functions in order to ensure its implementation in compliance with policies and procedure.


Job Requirements:

Minimum 3 years in related field particularly in FMCG industry
Hold Bachelor Degree in Marketing
Have a specific knowledge in Channel development, marketing strategy, promotion strategy, channel activation
Good in Computer skills, Leadership, Teamwork, Communication
Proficient in English

Corporate Legal Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

Main Responsibility :
Manage business contracts and legal documentations; ensure legal compliance of the company with the prevailing laws and regulations, group policies and procedures; provide legal advice in compliance with the prevailing laws and regulations, in particular corporate legal matters.

Formulating, drafting and reviewing agreements and/or other legal documents, such as cooperation agreements, raw and pack supply agreements, any agreements with contractors, suppliers and other third parties, which aims to support businesses that are and will be running
Giving advice on any legal matters to mitigate legal risk, protect company’s interest and business operation, and comply with Indonesian prevailing laws and regulations
Involve in New Site Project, when required, to secure Company’s legal standpoint.
Prepare and/or review development and documentation of relevant company policies, to ensure standardization and compliance
Produce regular update information to key stakeholders/audiences to achieve targeted objectives
8. Responsible for overall performance, competencies, careers, and well-being of team to optimize performance


Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Law/Business Law,
Minimum of 3 years experience in similar field, from any industry
Have a specific knowledge in Corporate law, Civil Law, Consumer Protection Law.

Water Supply Planner

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Tugas utama adalah merencanakan dan memonitor rencana produksi pabrik serta antisipasi dan menyediakan alternative solusi ketika terjadi gangguan supply agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen dengan baik.

Jod Description:

Memonitor rencana produksi dari pabrik untuk week + 1 dengan berkoordinasi dengan Plant PPIC.
Memastikan rencana produksi dari pabrik sudah maksimal sesuai kebutuhan konsumen sehingga tidak ada perubahan rencana produksi secara mendadak di minggu berjalan.
Koordinasi dengan tim material untuk memastikan material untuk produksi cukup.
Merencanakan alokasi untuk week + 1 dan menyelaraskan supply yang ada dengan demand konsume.
Memonitor dan memastikan stok pabrik mencukupi sehingga tidak terjadi penundaan pengambilan.
Berkoordinasi dengan konsumen untuk merencanakan pengambilan tambahan bila ada stok yang lebih.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelors Degree dari Universitas ternama di Indonesia, diutamakan dari jurusan Teknik Industri
Minimum pengalaman kerja selama 1 tahun dalam area Supply Chain di perusahaan Multinasional
Terbuka untuk fresh graduate
Memiliki kemampuan yang sangat baik dalam mengoperasikan Ms. Office
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, secara verbal maupun tertulis, dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris

Personal Assistant

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Key responsibilities include:

to manage and maintain administrative process related to BOD's activities, including filtering email, highlight urgent correspondence with any departments related
to ensure travel and accomodation arrangement are managed effectively
to conduct weekly diary meetings regarding upcoming engagements, invitations, and other request required
to maintain accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the Vice President
to generate Minute of Meetings on general meetings as required
to keep filling administration in an effective way
to prepare presentations related to budget division


Job Requirements:

Job Description:


Prepare Worksheet and ensure monthly closing run smoothly and meet deadline
Perform semester group reporting
Maintain daily GL
Perform review and follow up of monthly balance sheet


Job Requirements:


Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Bussiness Studies/ Administration/Management/ equivalent, .
Required Language : English and Bahasa Indonesia
At least 1 until 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Coordinator/Supervisor specializing in Finance General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
