L2 Technical Consultant
Will provide support on the following projects:
Reload - Refill , Payments
Service Provisioning
Billing
Mediation
Siebel CRM- Pre Paid Post Paid
DWH/ Hadoop
Pre-paid / Post Paid application.
Interconnect
Order Management
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
Must have acquired experience in any of the above projects supported.
Should have hands on 2-15 years of application operation
Should be able to analyze , trouble shoot and resolve the issues related to the application.
should be able to work with other towers of Network , Systems ( OS, database ) etc. Trouble shooting of any one or more of the above applications
Should be open to work in shifts ( 24x7)
Follow procedures, respond to requests for assistance by providing information to enable users to resolve their problems.
Maintaining accurate records of all issues with resolution and contact details.
Should have fair knowledge on Incident Management / Problem Management ( Closure with RCA with customer)
Housekeeping and routine maintenance Business critical Applications
Should have good knowledge on Oracle Database PL/SQL
Make continual improvements to procedures and documentation.
Automate work flows via scripting.
Providing an effective interface between users and service providers supplying all necessary diagnostic information according to procedures.
Ensuring technical queries not progressing are escalated.
Excellent oral & written English communications skill is a must.
Hands on experience of trouble shooting the application
Should be able to improve the performance of KPI's by Service Improvement Plan
Should have worked in one/ more of the these applications

Hand on experience on Siebel application for Telecom Operator .

Excellent Customer orientation.
Track and resolve all Technical issues .
Should be able to Manage a Team of 10 - 15 people .
Through Process Knowledge of Change Management and Deployment .
Excellent Communication Skills
Sap ERP Professional
Experience :
Person should have 15 + Years’ experience in IT/ Telecom Industry .
Should have thorough knowledge of the SAP / ERP Product .
Hand on experience on SAP applications
Modules : HR, Budgeting, Finance, Procurement etc.
Lead and Manage the team through Technical Influence
Excellent Customer orientation.

Should be able to Manage a Team of 10-15 people .
