General Requirements :
Minimum 30 years old
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Project Management / Engineering from reputable university
Having min. 3 years experience in similar position in Government Project / Infrastructure Project
Having knowledge and experience in Government procurement regulations and International Procurement Best Practice, especially to handle procurement of consultant services
Having certificate of National procurement expert will be advantage
Having knowledge and experience to manage, coordination, and monitoring job report from external consultant / expert staff
Having involved in the procurement process of National and International consultant service
Having knowledge and understand about Infrastructure project in Indonesia
Having knowledge and understand related to Public Private Partnership
Able to work in a team as well as individually
Proficient in Ms. Office
Excellent communication of English and Indonesian both written and spoken is a must

Min. Bachelor Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Project Management from reputable university
Having experience min. 10 years in similar position as senior staff project management in Government Project / Consultant / Oil & Gas Company
Having knowledge and experience related with planning / construction / operation in oil & gas projects
Having project management certification will be advantage
Having experience in working on the project feasibility study of oil & gas project, especially oil refinery project
Having experience of engaging in transactions oil & gas projects.
Having ability and experience in technical coordination with consultant
Having knowledge and understand about Infrastructure project in Indonesia
Having knowledge and understand related to Public Private Partnership
Able to work in a team as well as individually
Proficient in Ms. Office
Excellent communication of English and Indonesian both written and spoken is a must

Having minimum 7 years experience in similar position in consultant / government project / infrastructure project in similar position
Having knowledge and experience in government procurement regulation and international best practice, especially to handle procurement of consultant services.
Having certificate of national procurement expert and project management certification will be advantage
Having knowledge and ability related with human resources management in project activities
Having ability and experience in managing and monitoring staff / consultant / expert staff in project work activities
Having ability to develop and operate IT systems and database
Having ability and experience in recruiting expert staff and consultant
Having knowledge and understand about Infrastructure project in Indonesia
Having knowledge and understand related to Public Private Partnership
Able to work in a team as well as individually
Proficient in Ms. Office
