Sales Admin Support

JOB DESCRIPTION

Liaise with customers and sales representatives on technical and general sales administration issues
Arrange and create Sales Orders in SAP system for all purchase orders, contracts, and tooling orders as required
Participate in the preparation and presentation to customers, quotation, tenders, management of sales and technical reviews
Preparing and fully complete piece price and tooling cost estimates on new and existing business in the best interest of company
Communicate effectively all details of the quote packages to the sales team both in Jakarta and overseas office
Maintain purchase order filing system and all sales binders to include open and closed quotes, engineering changes and other customer communications
Responsible for filing all claims, developing and maintaining the tracking system for all such claims
Organizing and liaise with forwarder and do the client registration paperwork
Office admin duties ; answering sales phone calls, dealing with clients for appointment and sales calls, prepare report weekly and monthly
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor/Diploma Degree in any field
Have 2-3 years of job related experience in steel/EPC industry is an advantage. Fresh graduated are welcome
Must be computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Internet and SAP system
Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills and customer focused.
Prefer prior shipping experience
Knowledge in steel materials, instruments and piping product in oil & gas industry are preferred
Practical mechanical/ engineering interest or knowledge, willing to learn the company's technical product range
Excellent customer interface skills, organization and administration skills
The ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and work under pressure
Self-motivated
Good command in English
