Job Description

Responsibility

Knowledge and understanding of Project Management practices and tools, PM Certification preferable.
Knowledge and understanding of Application Designs, Develop/Implement/Detailed Solutions, Change Management.
Have previous experience as Project Manager or Project Leader, understand of SDLC processes
Experience in Financial or Banking industry is preferable.
Serves to supervise of business solution projects in support of assigned applications area, reporting to System Project Manager.
Develop, sells, and implement comprehensive project plans, beginning with project team structure and resource assignment, and ending with a control plan identifying both business process metrics and IT platform quality requirements.
Identifies critical path decisions, makes recommendation and influence program leaders and business process owner to maximize project payback.
Manages daily activities, issue resolution and communication across project execution teams in order to deliver project on-time, on-budget as requested by customer.


Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.
Adaptable, can understand different business process.
Able to work under time-bound pressure.

Responsible for Project initiation and completion within functional area, by directing activities of others as well as maintaining individual project responsibilities.
Responsible for People Management activities including Performance Management and distribution of works assignment, understand business process in different business units.

Requirements

Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in any field, GPA minimum 3.00
Minimum 5 years experience in similar position or administrative works, preferably in banking/ multifinance industry
Excellent in English and MS Office

Good leadership and managing ability
Good communication skill

Sales Manager (Code: 1407 - 012)

Job Description

Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews;
Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising and trade promotion programs;
Build networking & maintaining good coordination with business partner, merchants & any other parties projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products;
Analyzing trends and results, recommending selling prices, monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand;
Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements;
Analyze marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements;
Defining market and forecasting projected business;
Improving product packaging and coordinating new product development;
Monitor and developing sales & promotion material;
Preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions;
Planning and preventive action to anticipate the sales reduction;
Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company;
Manages, develops & evaluate marketing and sales staff;
Provides monthly, quarterly, annually results assessments of marketing & sales staff’s productivity;
Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures;
Report to BOD.


Requirements

Minimal 5 years of experience in financial service / banking industries with proven track record
Understand Indonesia market & needs
Held similar position from reputable companies, with proven track record(s)
Communication in English is a must
Able to communication in Mandarin language

Able to create marketing master plan
